On our side, we assign a team of Requirement Engineers to focus on your needs full time. This dedicated team will be responsible for keeping you informed and providing you with an accurate response on any queries.
Fullcontact recognizes the relevance of client commitment to optimize a process. We provide Customer Self Service (CSS) as a means to control part of the process. While our project lifecycle enables us to conduct engagements along a relatively predictable path, CSS allows clients to actively participate in the process.
We document the engagement agreement in a Statement of Work (SOW), which serves as a way for you and Fullcontact to ensure that you are getting the results you need, when you need them.
In urgent cases you may need to jump-start your project. In such cases we may provide you with a ready-made agreement, especially designed for this purpose. In case you can provide us with a design and sufficient information, we may be able to start development within 24 hours.
